Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I’ve found that challenging myself with training on a regular basis makes every other aspect of my life better and easier. I am more disciplined, happier, and more productive. It allows me to be the best version of myself.

Why did you become a trainer?

I’ve always found helping others to the be most rewarding thing I could do. My ambition is to guide everybody that walks through our doors to a happier and healthier life. Through education and experience I have provided myself with the tools to do exactly that.

I received my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from The University of Puget Sound. I have also conducted professional research on movement evaluation and injury risk assessment. Understanding how the body moves and functions, I am able to use movement as a diagnostic tool to significantly improve performance, prevent injuries, and help individuals recover from pre-existing injuries. I diligently work with all clients on an individual basis to provide a safe and effective training regimen that is tailored to each person’s current fitness levels and goals.

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

At first I just wanted to be healthier and more confident. The more time I spent training the more I began to adopt the lifestyle. CrossFit challenges me in a way most other training methodologies do not.

Why did you become a trainer?

Never viewed training as a job, it was just something I loved to do. Seriously, I never feel like I am working when I am coaching.

Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?

I have been involved in athletics and training most of my life. After having kids I realized I didn’t want to be a young mom with a “mom bod” and found CrossFit.

Why did you become a trainer?

I want to share my passion for health and fitness. I’ve found through coaching I am able to show people how much better their lives can be when they move well and stay fit.
