Olympic Lifting

Do you like to lift heavy, get strong, or just enjoy the sport of weightlifting?

Our weightlifting classes offer a slower paced approach to developing explosive strength in the snatch and the clean and jerk. However, don’t the slow pace fool you, these classes are demanding both physically and mentally. You’ll spend a lot of time squatting, pressing, working on your mobility, and practicing the fundamental weightlifting mechanics.

Through this process you’ll get stronger, develop explosive power and increase your technical prowess at the olympic lifts.

About the class:

These classes are 1hr long and include people of all ages and skill levels. Be prepared to have fun, and dig deep into the mechanics of the snatch and the clean and jerk.
