Step #2 – Personalized On-Ramp
For CrossFit Members – In order to help you meet your unique goals, we make sure all of our members go through a series of classes that are designed to get you ready for group classes. In these classes we’ll teach you how to safely perform all the functional movements you’ll see, and ease you into the intensity of the workouts. You don’t have to be fit to start, you just have to be willing to learn at your own pace.
